Black Pearl Sports Group (BPSG) is a sports franchise platform focused on building high-performing sporting organisations across Australia. Through professional operations, athlete development systems, community integration, and premium fan experiences, BPSG works to grow clubs that are competitive, sustainable, and deeply connected to the communities they represent.

BPSG currently operates the Sydney Blue Sox and Perth Heat in the Australian Baseball League, while continuing to invest in grassroots participation, high-performance pathways, sports technology, and long-term franchise growth.

Led by Founder & Director Cole Sherertz, BPSG is committed to modernising sport in Australia, creating organisations that develop athletes, engage fans, and build meaningful impact on and off the field.
