Play Ball Sports Management (PBSM) is a sports management and development organization committed to supporting programs, facilities, and initiatives that empower athletes to grow both on and off the field. Through strategic leadership, operational support, and athlete-focused programming, PBSM helps create environments where athletes can train, develop, compete, and reach their full potential.
Our portfolio includes organizations dedicated to athlete development across training, competition, performance, and recovery, including:
- Stars Showcase Baseball & Softball – 100+ teams providing high-level training, competition, and exposure opportunities.
- Colangelo Baseball – instruction and mentorship focused on long-term player development.
- Athlete’s Addiction – performance training designed to improve strength, speed, movement efficiency, and recovery.
- Complete Game – a 21,000 sq. ft. training facility supporting skill development, performance, and athlete care.
