Club/Select – Go to Market Operations Manager

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
BSN SPORTS is seeking a proactive and collaborative Manager of Club Go-To-Market Operations to join our Club Select leadership team. This high-impact role will lead cross-functional planning, execution, and innovation efforts that bring seasonal strategies, partnerships, and new solutions to life for our Business Development team, Sales team, and customer. The role requires a process-minded builder who can manage complex workstreams, synthesize input across stakeholders, and operationalize scalable, data-informed growth plans. Acting as a critical connector between Club Development, Sales, Category, Merchandising, Planning, and Marketing, this role will drive the continuous evolution of BSN’s GTM engine for the Club business.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Core Responsibilities:
- Developing and institutionalizing repeatable, sport and cross-functional go-to-market processes
- Designing data-informed seasonal growth plans by sport
- Operationalizing differentiated solutions that elevate BSN’s Club/Select market competitiveness
GTM Strategy & Seasonal Planning
- Develop and implement repeatable, insight-driven GTM strategies by sport, aligning Merchandising, Planning, Sales, Marketing and Club Development around clear seasonal priorities, product focus, and execution tactics that position BSN to win in the Club market.
- Own and manage the GTM calendar, ensuring cross-functional alignment, milestone clarity, and disciplined execution of seasonal initiatives across all relevant stakeholder groups.
- Serve as the connective tissue between merchandising, planning , sales, and club development product and the field, to define club-specific assortments, support the quarterly buying cadence, and defined & build the planning processes needed to support the Club Business. This also includes defining the GTM processes for our largest and most strategic accounts
- Translate GTM strategy into field-ready tools by partnering with Category and Marketing to develop compelling selling assets, activation playbooks, and customer-facing resources that bring the strategy to life. Ensure Club Specialists are trained, equipped, and inspired to deliver strategic goals with clarity and confidence.
- Support ongoing training efforts by collaborating on curriculum development, and building scalable resources that reinforce key selling motions and elevate sales readiness
Customer Value Proposition Projects
- Designing processes & strategies to support new services & solutions– possible examples include elevating the onboarding experience, operationalizing service / delivery guarantees
- Support initiatives that reduce churn and drive customer expansion (e.g., upsells, renewals, surprise & delight strategies)
Project & Process Management
- Lead special projects that are cross-functional in nature or do not clearly fall under one department but are essential to Club growth
- Partner with internal stakeholders to develop scalable new processes, including improved forecasting frameworks, playbooks, and field enablement workflows
- Work alongside Club Sales & functional partners to identify, scope and support the development of new systems or enhancements to GTM tools
QUALIFICATIONS:

- Organization: Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple deliverables with competing priorities on tight deadlines; must have meticulous, focused attention to detail & strong process / deadline orientation

- Communication: Excellent communications, follow up, and presentation skills, both written and verbal, including confidence and presence to engage effectively with customers and/or senior executives. Must be able to strategically and succinctly articulate messaging

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 10+ years of progressive experience in sales, product or category management, or go-to-market roles—demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility, leadership, and strategic influence.
- Strong cross functional influencing skills , with the ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives while maintaining a high level of detail and precision.
- Demonstrated success delivering customer-centric solutions, tailored to meet evolving client needs and competitive dynamics.
- Proactive, opportunity-oriented mindset, consistently seeking new ways to improve processes, expand capabilities, and create value.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word); experience with CRM platforms and business analytics tools is a plus.
