Position Overview: Join Taymar as a dynamic Ticket Sales & Service Account Executive – DC Power, where you'll immerse yourself in the intricacies of the sales process. This pivotal role will empower you to achieve outstanding results through group sales and season ticket initiatives for the United Soccer League Super League team, DC Power. At Taymar, we're committed to your growth, providing consistent training and development with a clear path for rapid career advancement to senior-level sales roles and leadership positions.

Responsibilities:
  • Make 80-100 outbound calls per day to potential ticket sales prospects
  • Employ various channels, including outbound phone calls, emails, SMS, and face-to-face presentations, to sell a diverse range of ticket products (season tickets, mini plans, flex ticket packages, group tickets, premium tickets, and hospitality packages).
  • Foster relationships with prospects and leverage referrals to drive ticketing revenue for both professional teams.
  • Collaborate in the front office location daily and engage in community-based in-person meetings.
  • Deliver unparalleled customer service to maintain and expand the overall fanbase.
  • Reach out to local businesses through outbound calls, emails, appointments, and event-based selling.
  • Strategize, plan, prospect, and execute large-scale group sales initiatives.
  • Uphold the values of Taymar Sales Pro and each team with the highest levels of character and integrity.
  • Cultivate strong internal relationships within the organization.
  • Exceed annual and monthly sales goals set by the management team.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends, including various capacities during home games (prospecting appointments, sales tables, and game events).
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the General Manager.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in Sports Management or a related field.
  • Proficiency in making outbound phone calls with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and the eagerness and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly competitive industry.
  • Preferred experience and proven success in an inside sales program or ticket sales role.
  • Drive to learn the sales process and accelerate your career.
  • Full-time role.

Compensation:
  • $17/hour with ability to earn overtime
  • $834 in monthly bonus & commission potential ($10,000 annually)
