Overview

As part of the Domestic Scouting department, the Associate - Domestic Scouting will contribute to all video collection and data mapping initiatives, complete key administrative projects, and write scouting reports of assigned domestic amateur and professional players.

 

Core duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Data collection and mapping initiatives of the department.
  • Video collection and scouting evaluations of assigned domestic amateur and professional players.
  • Administrative tasks that require department attention and planning. 

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of scouting-related experience, with the ability to handle technical and administrative projects. Candidates that are proficient in Excel and SQL are preferred.

We must be elite at acquiring and developing talent from all possible sources including the draft and pro acquisitions from both affiliated and independent league sources. You will be given the opportunity to scout players across all player demographics and contribute to our decision processes in those spaces.
