This is more than a game. It’s a love affair that runs deep within the hearts of every individual who calls
this team their own. This is more than a team. It’s a family of faithful followers, drawn together from all
walks of life, connected by a common passion. This is more than a pastime. It’s a social institution, uniting
generations and transcending boundary lines. This is more than a business. It’s a community asset, a public
trust, a time-honored tradition entrusted to our care.
This is who we are. This is what we do. This is our passion. Our privilege. Our responsibility.
We are the Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club
Milwaukee is a baseball town. Always has been. Always will be. From the minor-league Brewers of the early 1900s, to the golden era of the Braves in the 1950s, through the pain of losing a franchise, and the elation of having one return, Milwaukee has loved America’s pastime with the fiercest of passions for over 100 years. There may be big-league cities with more people, and big-league teams with more money, but you would be hard-pressed to find another city with a love for baseball so deeply ingrained into its culture. The way the parking lots overflow with tailgaters before every game; the way that generations of fans have grown up listening to Mr. Baseball; the way that everywhere you go, you see the Ball-in-Glove—one cannot truly appreciate how deeply Wisconsin loves the Brewers until they have experienced it firsthand.

We are relentless in our quest for excellence—because for us, ‘good enough’ is never good enough. We pursue perfection. We are ‘all-in,’ constantly driven by our desire to achieve the ultimate goal of winning a World Series championship.
Our fans are at the forefront of every decision we make and all that we do. We strive to always put our fans first, do what is right for them, and earn their trust. We treat every fan interaction as an opportunity to create joy, and we passionately strive to make new fans.
We are leaders, not followers. We boldly embrace change. We live in the realm of what could be, rather than what is. We encourage creativity, seeking to continually grow and improve. We want to do what no one else is doing, so that we can go where no one else has been.
We are uncompromising in our values. We do what is right—even when it hurts, even when no one is looking, always. We highly esteem respect, fairness, diversity and inclusion. Honesty and integrity are non-negotiables. We believe in serving. We believe in giving.
We are part of something greater than ourselves, caretakers of a community trust. We stand on the shoulders of those who came before us, ever mindful that what we do today will leave a lasting impact on those who follow. We recognize that our responsibility to our community extends beyond baseball.
We are all pulling in the same direction. We are invested in one another; we support one another; we trust one another. We put team above self. We are a family. We are Brewers.
Helping to eliminate barriers. Advocating for inclusion. Advancing underrepresented voices. Creating an environment where everyone feels included and valued.
Inspiring and empowering others. Leading with authenticity. Embracing diverse thoughts, ideas, and perspectives to drive innovation. Leading through adversity. Leading with vision.

At the Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club, we strive for excellence in all we do on the field and off. True excellence requires that each employee is afforded the opportunity to work in a positive atmosphere of respect, dignity and acceptance every day. Our commitment to diversity and inclusion requires each of us to recognize our Organization’s core beliefs and its principle values around diversity and inclusion.
Our Core Values:
The Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club is committed to supporting many worthy groups, events and activities throughout the state of Wisconsin. We are pleased to give back to dedicated fans that have supported the Brewers throughout the years.
By supporting charitable causes, the Brewers -- including players, coaches and front office staff – will continue exercising our pledge to be an active member in the community and help improve the welfare of people throughout our region.
As a member of the Brewers, we have opportunities throughout the year to volunteer our time at local community groups and events. We also do several donation drives and raise funds for our partners through employee giveaways.
We are a purpose-led organization, focused on building an inclusive and engaging culture where collaboration and ingenuity flourish. We strive to create an environment that fosters open lines of communication through all staff meetings, feedback surveys, town halls and open concept work environments.
