We are a purpose-led organization, focused on building an inclusive and engaging culture where collaboration and ingenuity flourish. We strive to create an environment that fosters open lines of communication through all staff meetings, feedback surveys, town halls and open concept work environments.

Business Operations - generating revenue and providing business support to make the day to day operations succeed. This includes roles in ticket sales, marketing, corporate partnerships, stadium operations, communication, IT, finance, HR, and legal.

Game Day Staff - directly supporting the fans in the stands and throughout the ballpark to provide a memorable game experience. This includes roles such as ushers, gate screeners, retail associates, concierges, brew crew, scoreboard operators, ticket window, and phone staff.

Club Affiliates - developing future major league talent and assisting players with recovery and performance through the aid of our Spring Training facility and our minor league fields. This includes roles such as integrative sports performance, rehabilitation support, player development, and game day operations.

Baseball Operations - Researching talent, analyzing stats, supporting players by keeping them healthy and ready to play. This includes roles in research and development, scouting, medical staff, player development, and clubhouse operations.

Positioned on the beautiful shores of Lake Michigan, Milwaukee is a quaint, yet lively city that has a lot to offer. Some things to highlight:

  • The World’s Largest Music Festival, Summerfest, is a two-week long music festival that brings in some of the most popular artists from around the world
  • Our brewing heritage is alive with multiple breweries and fun brewery tours
  • A vibrant cultural scene with diverse museums, festivals, markets, bars, and restaurants
  • Outdoor activities for all 4 seasons such as kayaking down the river, going to the beach, hiking at nearby state parks and ice skating
  • Two professional sports teams including the Milwaukee Bucks who play in a brand-new stadium and of course, our very own, the Milwaukee Brewers, where tailgating and a cold beer on a warm summer night is in our DNA.

Home to our state-of-the-art Spring Training facility, American Family Fields of Phoenix, Maryvale is a short 20-minute drive to the bustling city of Phoenix. Some things to highlight:

  • With the warm weather, there is always something to do outside like hiking, biking, and exploring the desert
  • Four professional sports teams in the Phoenix area including the Arizona Cardinals, Arizona Diamondbacks, Arizona Coyotes, and the Phoenix Suns
  • Home to some of the most popular golf tours and events in the US. If you’re a golfer, you will surely find a beautiful course to play.
  • Relax at the countless spas, known for using the Sonoran Desert botanicals in their practices.

Our 30-acre complex that accommodates over 100 international players sits in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. Some things to highlight:

  • Santo Domingo is the most modern and dynamic metropolis in the Caribbean. La Capital—as it is often called—is the pulse of Dominican culture, where the old and the new converge seamlessly from centuries old architecture and history, to large shopping malls, art galleries, an electric nightlife, and a booming culinary scene.
  • Explore the Colonial City and visit the historic neighborhoods with pedestrian-friendly narrow streets filled with 16th-20th century architecture.
  • If you’re ready for the beach, a forty-minute ride lands you onto Boca Chica’s soft, white sands facing a crystal-clear Caribbean Sea, where seafood restaurants and entertainment await. Whichever your preferred beat, Santo Domingo has it.

The Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club is committed to supporting many worthy groups, events and activities throughout the state of Wisconsin. We are pleased to give back to dedicated fans that have supported the Brewers throughout the years.

Brewers supporting charitable causes

By supporting charitable causes, the Brewers -- including players, coaches and front office staff – will continue exercising our pledge to be an active member in the community and help improve the welfare of people throughout our region.

As a member of the Brewers, we have opportunities throughout the year to volunteer our time at local community groups and events. We also do several donation drives and raise funds for our partners through employee giveaways.
