Soccer Coach / Trainer - Youth Travel Team (26/27 Season)
Join our Youth Development Pathway as a Trainer working with our travel teams. We are seeking an enthusiastic, committed coach who is passionate about creating a positive, challenging, and enjoyable learning environment for players aged 8–12.
Join our Youth Development Pathway as a Trainer working with our travel teams. We are seeking an enthusiastic, committed coach who is passionate about creating a positive, challenging, and enjoyable learning environment for players aged 8–12.
This role involves leading training sessions for our White teams (3rd level), delivering two one-hour sessions per night, twice a week during the Fall (August–November) and Spring (March–May) seasons. Trainers will coach approximately four hours per week, working closely with the club's Technical Department to support player development and ensure a consistent training experience across the program.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate training sessions.
- Implement the club’s principles of play.
- Support individual development.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Report to Technical Director any issues or concerns with groups.
- Communicate clearly and consistently with families and club staff.
- Follow all club policies, procedures, and staff expectations.

Desired Qualifications
- US Soccer Grass Roots License or higher (D License and higher preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of youth coaching experience.
Eligibility Requirements
- Ability to pass all required background checks and clearances.
- Must be local or willing to relocate.
- No visa sponsorship available — candidates must be a US citizen, Green Card holder, or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Position classified as 1099 contractor.
