You will lead team training sessions, direct game-day coaching, and foster a competitive, high-energy environment focused on individual skill development, tactical understanding, and sportsmanship.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train & Develop: Plan and execute engaging, high-tempo training sessions (2–3 evenings per week) tailored to competitive youth teams.
  • Game Day Leadership: Lead teams during weekend matches, local league play, and regional tournaments.

  • Coaching Licenses (Preferred):
    • US Soccer (USSF) 'Grassroots', 'D', or higher (or equivalent NSCAA/United Soccer Coaches diplomas) strongly preferred.
    • Willingness to pursue or upgrade coaching credentials (club support available).
  • Availability: Must be available during weekday evenings (typically 5:00 PM – 8:30 PM) and weekends for matches/tournaments.
  • Clearances: Ability to pass a background check and complete SafeSport certification.
Perks & Benefits
  • Flexible evening and weekend hours that fit around work or college schedules.
  • Gear and apparel allowance provided.
  • Professional development support and coaching license reimbursement programs.
  • Opportunities to grow into lead coaching or administrative roles within the club.
