What You’ll Do:
✔ Manage Our Coaching Staff
- Recruit, onboard, and schedule coaches for programs, clinics, and camps.
- Evaluate and support coaches to ensure high program quality.
✔ Support Program Operations
- Organize schedules and communicate details to club partners and coaches.
- Attend programs for quality control and operational support.
✔ Build Relationships
- Act as a key contact for club partners and coaches.
- Assist with coach education events and represent Soccer XS at community events.
✔ Handle Admin Responsibilities
- Maintain program data, track KPIs, and ensure coaches meet requirements.
- Use cutting edge Soccer XS systems scheduling, recruitment, player development and program management (training provided).
What We’re Looking For
- Background in soccer (soccer player or coaching experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in camp management, youth sports programs, or a similar leadership role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Passion for soccer and youth development.
- US Soccer Coaching License (preferred)
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Comfortable with scheduling tools and technology (training provided).
- Must have your own reliable transportation.
