ROLE OVERVIEW
Pro Skills Basketball (PSB) is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive intern to support business operations. This role involves working on meaningful projects that enhance internal systems, improve communication, and contribute to the efficiency of our city staff and leadership team. Interns will gain experience with technology, process optimization, and strategic operations in the youth sports industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Intern responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with the management and optimization of PSB’s CRM and marketing calendar
- Supporting city directors and leadership with data organization and process improvements
- Learning and utilizing third-party tools such as Zapier, Airtable, and LeagueApps
- Communicating key status updates and operational insights to PSB staff
- Participating in virtual meetings and contributing to strategic discussions
- Adapting to a fast-paced environment, especially during peak operational periods

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
