Position Overview
Open Gym Premier is seeking motivated, reliable, and hardworking individuals to join our team as Facility Staff. This role is responsible for helping keep the facility clean, organized, safe, and ready for daily use, practices, games, tournaments, and events.

Facility Staff play an important role in the overall experience of our guests by assisting with setup, breakdown, equipment, cleanliness, and general facility support. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys sports, is dependable, and is interested in gaining experience in the sports industry.

Facility Staff Responsibilities:
  • Set up and break down courts for basketball activities.
  • Assemble, move, and organize equipment such as hoops, nets, tables, chairs, signage, and other event materials
  • Assist with event preparation and support during tournaments, leagues, camps, and facility events
  • Monitor equipment and facility areas for damage, safety concerns, or needed repairs
  • Report facility issues, broken equipment, or maintenance needs to the Facility Manager 
  • Support athletes, coaches, families, and visitors in a professional and helpful manner
  • Follow safety procedures and help maintain a safe environment for all guests and staff
  • Assist in the general upkeep of the facility, including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional
  • Comfortable performing physical tasks, including lifting, moving equipment, standing, and walking for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Able to work independently and follow directions with minimal supervision
  • Positive attitude and willingness to support the team where needed

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous facility, event, janitorial, maintenance, or sports-related experience
  • Basic knowledge of facility operations or sports equipment
