Position Overview:
Admissions Staff serve as the first point of contact for athletes, coaches, and families entering our facility during tournaments and events. This role is essential to maintaining a safe, organized and welcoming environment. Admissions team members manage event entry, credit card transactions, wristband distribution and customer service to guests.

This position is ideal for individuals who are professional, detail-oriented, comfortable using a payment system, and able to stay organized in a fast-paced event environment.
Admissions Responsibilities:
- Greet guests, coaches, and athletes in a professional and courteous manner
- Process admissions payments through credit card transactions
- Distribute wristbands
- Monitor entrance to maintain controlled access
- Provide clear directions and event information
- Respond professionally to questions or concerns
- Escalate issues to Event Leads when necessary
- Reconcile transactions and report discrepancies immediately
- Handle all financial transactions with discretion, integrity, and attention to detail
Qualifications:
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- High level of integrity and accountability
- Comfortable processing credit card transactions accurately
- Strong attention to detail
- Clear communication skills and customer service skills
- Basic technology skills and ability to learn event/payment systems
- Weekend availability required
