New England Golf and Tennis Camp is seeking experienced Golf Professionals to join our team for Summer 2026. This is a non cabin staff position designed for PGA professionals or experienced instructors who want to focus on high level coaching in a structured camp environment.
A minimum two week commitment is required. Full summer opportunities are available.
Position Overview
Golf Professionals are responsible for delivering high quality instruction to Athletes in Training ages 8 to 17. You will work alongside our golf staff to provide focused technical coaching, structured on course development, and measurable improvement plans.
This is a coaching first role. Residential housing and meals are provided during your contracted session. Cabin supervision is not required.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver structured daily golf instruction
Coach fundamentals, short game, full swing mechanics, and course management
Lead competitive on course sessions and skills challenges
Provide individualized technical feedback and development plans
Support implementation of the Golf Growth Game curriculum
Maintain a disciplined, focused training environment
Collaborate with seasonal golf coaches and leadership
Model professionalism, sportsmanship, and respect at all times
Participate in staff meetings and program planning sessions as required
Qualifications
PGA Professional or equivalent high level competitive and instructional background
Proven experience teaching junior golfers
Strong understanding of player development models
Clear, direct communicator
Ability to commit to a minimum two week session in Summer 2026
Ability to work in an outdoor training environment for extended periods
