Through our White Label Events, MADE Hoops partners with schools, brands, and organizations to design and execute custom basketball experiences, ranging from showcases to large-scale tournaments.

The White Label Events Intern, will support the Director of Operations - White Label Lead, with planning, coordination, and execution of these events, gaining hands-on experience in sports event operations and logistics.

Role Overview:
The White Label Events Intern, will work closely with the Director of Operations - White Label Lead leadership to assist with day-to-day tasks, organizational support, and vendor coordination for White Label events.  This role is ideal for candidates interested in sports operations, event management, or project coordination who are eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Support day-to-day operations related to White Label events.
  • Assist with maintaining organization across event timelines, documents, and checklists.
  • Communicate with vendors and rental partners regarding:
    • Equipment and rentals;
    • Staffing support;
    • And event-related services.
  • Track vendor outreach, quotes, and confirmations.
  • Assist with logistics coordination including inventory, shipping, and rentals.
  • Help prepare internal planning documents (event one-pagers, schedules, summaries).
  • Provide on-site event support, when applicable.

Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Interest in sports, event operations, or logistics.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).

Preferred (but not required):
  • Prior experience in events, operations, or logistics.
  • Familiarity with spreadsheets or project management tools.
  • Interest in sports business or live event production.
