Our Operations team oversees the movement of equipment, inventory, and materials that power events nationwide. The Shipping & Logistics Intern, will play a hands-on role in managing shipping execution, inventory tracking, and logistics coordination across multiple events and regions.

Role Overview:
The Shipping & Logistics Intern, will support day-to-day shipping and inventory operations, including creating shipping labels, managing logistics workflows, and maintaining tracking systems. This role is ideal for candidates interested in logistics, supply chain, operations, or sports event production — especially those with experience using Monday.com or similar project management tools.

Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage shipping labels for event equipment and materials.
  • Assist with coordinating equipment shipments to and from events.
  • Manage and update the Monday.com Shipping & Inventory Board, including:
    • Shipment status;
    • Inventory movement;
    • And event-to-event tracking.
  • Help maintain accurate inventory records and equipment logs.
  • Track shipping timelines, deliveries, and confirmations.
  • Communicate with carriers and vendors regarding shipments and logistics.
  • Assist with preparing shipping documentation and packing checklists.
  • Support post-event equipment reconciliation and reporting.
  • Provide on-site or warehouse support when applicable.

Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interest in logistics, supply chain, operations, or event production.
  • Comfort working with spreadsheets, trackers, and operational systems.

Required / Strongly Preferred:
  • Experience using Monday.com (or similar project management tools).

Preferred (but not required):
  • Prior experience with shipping, inventory, or warehouse operations.
  • Familiarity with shipping carriers and label creation.
  • Interest in sports operations or live event logistics.
