About the Job:
We’re hiring a Klaviyo pro (not an agency) to join our Marketing and Creative team and own the execution of Klaviyo-based deployments for all event and e-commerce campaigns inclusive of (but not limited to), event campaign announcements + SMS execution, and follow-up deployments as well as e-commerce product announcements, purchase flows, promos, and sales campaigns.
Your Role:
Work with Marketing, Creative, Events, and Sales to set up, test, schedule and send announcements, reminders, and adjust flows for our events and merchandise-based campaigns. You'll work directly with our Digital Marketing Manager and Creative lead on all creative and deployment approvals to serve more than 120+ events yearly in addition to weekly product drops/announcements.
What You'll Do:
- Build, test, schedule and optimize all event & merchandise campaigns across email & SMS
- 10-15 Email Campaigns Per Week
- 1-2 SMS Campaigns Per Week
- A/B test deliverability, flow logic, fix errors, and improve performance
- Track campaign performance with UTM + expanded tracking methods
- Ensure list hygiene, proper segmentation, and sunsetting protocols
- Share each campaign across key teams prior to deployment for review prior to launch
- Collaborate in Slack 2x/week
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Informational Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- At least 2+ years of hands-on Klaviyo experience
- Proven track record managing both ecommerce and event-based email/SMS campaigns
- Strong understanding of creative impact, email deliverability, segmentation strategies, and list management best practices
- Experience with SMS platforms and popup tools
- Demonstrated ability to build, test, and optimize complex automation flows
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to improve campaign performance
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to QA technical implementations
- Experience working in fast-paced environments managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Passion for sports and youth athletics a plus
