We host 100+ boys and girls basketball events annually, including competitive camps for all ages, middle school and high school tournaments, and the top independent high school circuit in the country. We're proud to have countless McDonald's All-Americans, NCAA athletes, and NBA stars among our alumni. In addition to hosting events, MADE Hoops has a robust commercial division supported by merchandise, brand partnerships, housing, scouting, content and digital marketing business lines.
Job Overview
As a Hospitality Intern, you’ll help keep the MADE Hoops experience running smooth off the court. You’ll work directly with our MADE Hoops team members, events, hotels, and others to make sure every weekend on the road feels first-class. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves sports, thrives in fast-paced environments, and wants to learn how top-tier basketball events come together.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Connect with teams to lock in hotel stays and travel details for MADE Hoops events.
- Help coordinate hotel partnerships and event contracts with properties nationwide.
- Run point on the MADE Hoops Hotel/Hospitality inbox, helping teams and families with bookings and questions.
- Track team reservations and keep housing data clean, accurate, and organized.
- Jump in with the events crew to make sure housing logistics run smooth at each event.
- Represent MADE Hoops with professionalism, positivity, and hustle.
What We’re Looking For
- Familiarity with the grassroots/high school basketball landscape.
- Passion to learn more about events, travel, logistics and operations.
- Desire to build basketball network and get to know the next generation of stars
- A fast learner, organized, motivated person that can follow deadlines and communicate.
- Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program. Preferred majors: Hospitality Management, Event Management, Sports Management, Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.

This is an unpaid internship. Applicants must be eligible to receive academic credit through their college or university for participation in this program.
