Program Overview

MADE Hoops is seeking a passionate learner and proactive Basketball Recruiting/Sales Intern eager to gain hands-on experience in basketball event promotion, sales, and customer engagement. This internship is an opportunity to develop essential skills in customer relationship management, and team collaboration, with a focus on deepening understanding of sales and recruiting in the sports industry. The internship is ideal for someone looking to expand their knowledge of basketball and event marketing, with direct exposure to customer interactions and strategic outreach efforts. You’ll play a crucial role in supporting MADE Hoops’ efforts to reach new audiences by supporting event sign-ups and actively managing customer engagement.

Sales Training
• Comprehensive training on MADE Hoops' consultative sales approach
• Learn effective techniques for building relationships with families
• Develop skills in identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions
• Master the art of handling objections and closing sales effectively

Sales Responsibilities
• Generate leads and conduct outreach to potential camp attendees
• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to registration
• Meet weekly sales targets for assigned camp events
• Track customer interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM system
• Participate in regular sales team meetings and performance reviews
