Relationship Building and Management

  • Assist in negotiating contracts that align with MADE’s standards for pricing, room block size, cancellation policies, and rebate structures.
  • Identify and evaluate new prospective hotel partners in current and future event markets.
Revenue Growth & Compliance

  • Enforce MADE’s Stay-to-Play policies across all major events and ensure compliance among participating programs.
  • Support the Operations Department by tracking room night data, compiling post-event reports, and providing economic impact metrics for host cities and venues.
Customer Experience
  • Manage the customer service process for all housing inquiries, ensuring timely, professional, and solutions-oriented communication.
  • Support teams, families, and event attendees before, during, and after events regarding reservations, special requests, and travel logistics.
  • Coordinate with Event Sales and Marketing Departments to communicate housing details and booking incentives to teams and families.
Internal Travel Management
  • Oversee all internal staff and executive travel logistics, including flights, car rentals, and hotel accommodations.
  • Maintain organized and confidential travel schedules and information to ensure cost-effective, seamless arrangements for all company personnel attending events.
