MADE Hoops is the premier grassroots basketball events organization in North America. Founded in 2014, our mission has always been Maximizing Athletes' Development and Exposure (MADE). We host 100+ boys and girls basketball events annually, including competitive camps for all ages, middle school and high school tournaments, and the top independent high school circuit in the country. We're proud to have countless McDonald's All-Americans, NCAA athletes, and NBA stars among our alumni. In addition to hosting events, MADE Hoops has a robust commercial division supported by merchandise, brand partnerships, housing, scouting, content and digital marketing business lines.

Program Overview
This internship provides the opportunity to work directly alongside the Chief of Staff, supporting strategic projects and day-to-day initiatives across multiple areas of the organization. Interns will gain exposure to cross-functional operations, project coordination, and executive-level decision-making. Responsibilities may include research, process improvement, administrative support, and special projects that contribute to company-wide goals. This role is ideal for individuals looking to develop strong organizational, communication, and business operations skills in a fast-paced professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the chief of staff with projects + tasks across the company.
- Take notes and organize Chief of Staff Monday Board
- Handle misc tasks that come up throughout the week
- Set meetings + reminders for major projects
Requirements: College student or recent graduate with passion for sports, excellent communication skills, self-motivated grinder with second-to-none work ethic.
