Program Overview
The MADE Hoops Camp Sales Internship Program offers college seniors and recent graduates an
immersive introduction to sports sales while providing hands-on experience in the basketball
camp industry. This remote program includes comprehensive sales training, practical selling
experience, operations exposure, and professional development through an industry speaker
series.

Internship Structure
Sales Training
- Comprehensive training on MADE Hoops' consultative sales approach
- Learn effective techniques for building relationships with families
- Develop skills in identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions
- Master the art of handling objections and closing sales effectively
Sales Responsibilities
- Generate leads and conduct outreach to potential camp attendees
- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to registration
- Meet weekly sales targets for assigned camp events
- Track customer interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM system
- Participate in regular sales team meetings and performance reviews
Camp Portfolio
Interns will be responsible for selling admission to MADE Hoops basketball camps held throughout the year across various locations in the United States, providing exposure to different regional markets and camp formats.
Operations Experience
- Travel to selected camps to gain hands-on event operations experience.
- Learn critical aspects of camp management including:
- Registration processes.
- On-site customer service.
- Logistics coordination.
