Position Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Interns. These immediate opportunities offer hands-on experience across various facets of a dynamic sports organization. If you are passionate about sports, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to our mission, we encourage you to apply. Key Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting various departments with day-to-day tasks and special projects.
- Supporting game day operations, events, and community initiatives.
- Conducting research and preparing reports as needed.
- Contributing to content creation for digital platforms and promotional materials.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve organizational goals.
- Representing Charlottesville Blues FC professionally at all times.
Qualifications:
- Current student or recent graduate seeking practical experience in the sports industry.
- A desire and passion to succeed.
- Strong work ethic, proactive attitude, and eagerness to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Availability to commit to a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends, as required by specific roles and events.
- Passion for soccer and community engagement is a plus.
