Position Overview

Apex Lacrosse Events is currently hiring Event Staff for the Apex Summer Championships taking place July 18-19, 2026 at Proving Grounds in Conshohocken, PA.

We are looking for reliable, energetic, and team-oriented individuals to help support tournament operations throughout the weekend. Staff members will assist in creating a positive experience for players, coaches, and families attending the event.

Responsibilities

Event staff responsibilities may include:

Team and player check-in
Field operations and tournament support
Scorekeeping and timing games
Assisting tournament directors with event logistics
Managing equipment and supplies
Supporting overall event operations

Compensation & Perks

$15 per hour
Apex event gear provided

Typical staff hours will run approximately 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, though schedules may vary based on assignments and event needs.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
Ability to work outdoors for extended periods
Reliable transportation preferred
Prior sports or event experience is a plus, but not required
