The Office Staff of URJ 6 Points Sports Academy plays a vital role in organizing crucial logistics of camp operations and engaging with parents as the front line staff in communication. This position is responsible for supervising the day to day activities in the camp office, monitoring camper travel and mail, and ensuring exceptional customer service with our camp families, in coordination with the Assistant Director of Engagement and Operations and partners on the Leadership Team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the frontline in communication with parents and families by monitoring main camp email, phone, and voicemail
- Connect camp staff to families requesting support or assistance
- Provide elite levels of customer service to our parents and families throughout the summer
- Support Assistant Director of Engagement and Operations in supervising the logistics and communication of camper travel to and from camp
- Organize and maintain the camp safe containing camper valuables
- Organize and oversee camper luggage logistics, including labeling, sorting, tracking, and coordinating delivery to and from dorms during arrival and departure days
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Sorting daily mail for campers and staff
- Daily printing of camper eLetters and uploading return mail
- Ensuring that outgoing snail mail is accurately stamped and addressed
- Notifying camp staff of arrival of their personal packages
- Approving specific parent requests to send camper essentials in packages
- Run reports to using the camp database to provide information to staff
- Maintain a clean and professional office space
- Monitor inventory of office supplies throughout the summer and at the end of the summer
- Assist in emergency communication procedures when necessary

Salary is negotiable and ranges from $2500-$3500 based on experience/qualifications.
The office is open from 9am-9pm Sunday through Thursday, 9am-4pm on Friday for Shabbat, and 1pm-7pm on Saturday. The office closes during camp meal times, and breaks are provided as we want our staff engaged in the camp community! We also typically provide 2 days off per 12-day session.
