Duties and Responsibilities
- Must be smartphone savvy; able to navigate to delivery venues, text, take photographs, and navigate a variety of routes throughout a densely populated urban area
- Must be comfortable walking/subway/Ubering across NYC, and working in inclement weather conditions
- Load, tow, and unload handcart containing Volo Sports equipment, swag, etc.
- Must be able to lift packages up to 50 lbs and push/pull a fully loaded delivery cart
- Perform at the highest level of logistical Standard Operating Procedures
Basic Requirements:
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- At least 18 years of age
- Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED! We strive to not only deliver equipment, but ultimately a great experience to our players!
- Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to go above and beyond
- Must be communicative, personable, and maintain a positive attitude
- Must be able to work the required schedule of afternoons and occasional weekends
