Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Mange Club Volo at Assembly Row venue across all products & sports including:
- Equipment
- Shirts
- Music
- Lights
- Name tags
- Check-in station
- Maintain equipment for assigned sports including ordering replacements, noting damages, and reporting to the Venue General Manager
- Maintain courts as needed based on weather, location, and sport-specific requirements
- Use host app to check in players as needed
- Resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency
- Anticipate and provide proactive solutions to prevent problems from arising in the future
- First line of escalation for any venue questions & issues
- Help distribute marketing materials
- Encourage and maintain a quality experience throughout the venue
- Must be available at least 1-3 days a week
- Weekday availability from 6:30am - 1:00pm
- Weekend availability from 6:30am - 1:00pm
- Ensure a safe, fun, social and fair environment for all players
- Understand and kindly and fairly enforce each sport’s rules
- Communicate with the office regarding any equipment, rule issues, player issues, etc.
Must-Haves
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Works well in a team atmosphere
- Ability to multi-task and make decisions under pressure
- Ability to lift and carry 30-50 pounds
- Must have reliable transportation to and from Club Volo at Assembly Row
- Possess a positive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to communicate clearly
- Proficient customer service skills
- High School Diploma /GED Equivalency
