Job Description
When you accept a position with Volo, you’ll be joining a passionate, driven group of innovators within the youth sports industry. Hosts serve our players by providing a safe and fun experience on the field or court. This is a part-time position, however, there are opportunities for advancement within the company.

Tennis Instructor responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Serve as direct contact with the players to assure that they are having a safe and fun experience
- Understand rules & lead players in a fun and engaging way
- Consistently move on from one game to the next as to keep the players engaged, and identify places where volunteers can fill in to prevent downtime
- Lead pre-game and post-game huddles that emphasize sportsmanship and mindfulness
- Know and lead field set up and clean up each week
- Provide guidance if there are questions about game play
- Jump in as admin support if needed
- Report any player, ref, or coach issues to site lead
Must-Haves
- Extensive Tennis Knowledge
- Attend mandatory staff training quarterly
- Availability to work part-time evenings on Fridays evenings!
- Be able to commute to Ocean Beach Area (Peninsula Tennis Club)
