Volo provides year-round access for adults 21+ to participate in a variety of sports leagues, pickup games, tournaments and social activities, while giving back to the community through the Volo Kids Foundation. About the Role
We’re looking for outgoing, high-energy, people-first ambassadors to bring Volo Miami to life. This role is all about creating fun, welcoming experiences in the real world: hosting events, hyping the crowd, and making sure everyone feels included from the moment they arrive.

What You’ll Be Doing
Be the Ultimate Volo Cheerleader
- Represent Volo with positivity, confidence, and authenticity
- Welcome new faces, hype returning players, and keep the good vibes flowing
- Help get the word out by distributing Volo marketing materials and sign-up info to attendees, venues, and partners during events
- Make everyone feel like they belong, whether it’s their first event or their fiftieth
Host Fun, High-Energy Community Activations
- Introduce Volo to Miami through social events at bars, parks, festivals, community spaces, and more
- Plan and execute activations alongside venues, partners, and fellow ambassadors
- Help run event flow, engage the crowd, and ensure a memorable experience
Get People Involved + Capture the Energy
- Encourage connection, conversation, and participation at every event
- Help players meet new people and feel comfortable jumping in
- Turn one-time attendees into regulars through great experiences
- Snap quick photos or short videos to help share the fun
- Share feedback and highlights with the Volo team
Who You Are
- Extroverted, outgoing, and naturally social
- Passionate about community, sports, and fun
- Comfortable talking to strangers and leading a crowd
- Reliable, organized, and able to follow through
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to lift and carry 30–50 pounds
- Available evenings and weekends (that’s when the fun happens)
Bonus Points If You…
- Love hosting, emceeing, or being the “group leader”
- Can communicate with players in multiple languages (English/Spanish a plus)
- Are plugged into Miami’s social, sports, or college scene
