Job Description
When you accept a position with Volo, you’ll be joining a passionate, driven group of innovators within the youth sports industry. Coaches serve our kids and families by providing a safe and fun experience on the field. This is a part-time position, however, there are opportunities for advancement within the company.
Site Lead responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Serve as direct contact with the kids and families to ensure that they are having a safe and fun experience
- Support practice for groups as small as 10 kids and groups as large as 30+ kids.
- Support set-up, check-in, check-out, and administrative tasks for the program.
- Provide guidance to volunteers if there are questions about the program.
- Provide support to volunteers if any issues arise with parents, players or venues.
- Distribute on-site marketing materials and surveys.
- Provide first aid if needed.
- Jump in as coach support if needed
- Report any player, parent, ref, or coach issues through weekly practice logs.
Must-Haves
- 1 year of coaching or teaching
- Attend mandatory staff training
