Site Lead responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Serve as direct contact with the kids and families to assure that they are having a safe and fun experience
- Help with field set up and clean up each week
- Provide guidance to volunteers if there are questions
- Provide support to volunteers if any issues arise with parents, players or venues
- Responsible for Admin activities: checking the kids in and out of program, facilitating water and snack breaks
- Report any player, parent, ref, coach issues to site lead
