Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly sanitized.
- Engage with customers to provide exceptional service, take orders, and offer recommendations.
- Monitor guest consumption levels to ensure responsible serving of alcohol.
- Stay updated on Volo’s promotions to enhance customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous bartending experience preferred but not required; we’re willing to train passionate candidates!
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- A positive attitude with the ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
- Alcohol Awareness certification is a plus!
