Pay Range: $56,500 - $65,000 plus sales bonus/commission opportunities

Position Overview
We’re looking for a market-savvy, operationally-minded Manager to lead sales and activation of our flagship Sports Arena in Denver. This is a rare opportunity to help shape a flagship location with national scalability.
You’ll own the strategy and execution of everything from on-site development and launch planning to sales, partnerships, and event activation. If you thrive at the intersection of hospitality, sports, and community-building, and can move fluidly between high-level strategy and hands-on execution, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Site Development & Launch
- Partner with leadership on buildout timelines, vendor sourcing, and facility planning
- Oversee coordination of court build outs, venue maintenance and more
- Manage permits, inspections, and third-party contractors as needed
Sales, Revenue, & Activation
- Drive top-line revenue through tournaments (youth, adult and corporate), group and individual rental bookings, memberships, events, sponsorships and partnerships
- Build and execute a market-specific activation plan in conjunction with the marketing team to create buzz, build community, and maximize utilization
- In conjunction with our sponsorship manager, identify local sponsors, corporate partners, and brand collaborators
- Optimize revenue per court and event space. Maximizing venue utilization through traditional sports and non-traditional events (such as birthday, corporate events, local markets, etc.)
Operations & People Leadership
- Work with the local City team (operations, sports managers, customer experience) and the national team on corporate engagements and partnerships
- Oversee daily operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience
- In conjunction with the City team, implement scheduling, staffing, and inventory systems as needed
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and upkeep of all facilities
What We're Looking For
- 8-10+ years in operations, hospitality, experiential marketing, sports/fitness, or entertainment venues
- Proven ability to launch and operate new business units or locations
- Experience managing multi-use recreational facilities or large-scale social spaces is a strong plus
- Sales, partnership, and revenue optimization mindset
- Strong local network and understanding of your initial market
- High EQ with ability to lead cross-functional teams, and engage community partners
- Entrepreneurial DNA: scrappy, adaptable, and proactive
