The Tennis Video Coordinator will be responsible for shooting, editing, archiving all video content for tennis program and managing program technologies including Playsight, Golden Set Analytics, Smartabase and Teamworks. The position will also assist in tennis operations duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of video for tennis program including recording and live streams of practices and matches through PlaySight platform.
• Oversee live streaming access for all IMG tennis stakeholders including staff, student-athletes, parents and third-party events.
• Monitor PlaySight camera system for quality and ensure full functionality. Partner with on-campus IT team to quickly identify and resolve any system outages or broken equipment.
• Edit film of all tennis practices and matches upon request.
• Responsible for filming and editing of all recruiting and highlight videos for IMG Tennis student-athletes
• Work with collegiate coaches/advisors to provide any highlight films requested in the evaluation of IMG Academy Tennis student-athletes
• Responsible for working with coaching staff to film and edit various drills during youth camp, team, collegiate and professional training.
• Serve as main contact for Golden Set Analytics (GSA) relationship daily. Work with GSA to ensure all player videos are delivered in a timely manner for analysis. Provide feedback on any product enhancements or requests to the GSA platform.
• Assist staff with all technology related tools used for player development to ensure each platform augments our delivery and enhances the student-athlete experience
• Continually monitor video and player Manages all technology related tools (AI, Teamworks/Smartabase/Playsight, etc)
• Development technology and make recommendations for new equipment and process enhancements when appropriate § Work with other departments on campus to ensure team training and operational needs are met for IMG Academy as well as all high school, college and professional Tennis teams visiting campus
• Ensure all assigned tasks are in compliance with IMG Academy, State, and NCAA guidelines
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethic codes
• Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Ability

• Experience with video systems and editing. Previous experience with Playsight preferred.
• Familiarity with Teamworks and Smartabase platforms.
• Understanding of player development in the tennis setting and experience working with high performance coaches.
• Experience playing, coaching or managing Tennis
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent organizational skills required to maintain video library
• Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple projects
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced organization
• A superior work ethic
• Ability to take direction
• Desire to work collaboratively with colleagues
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills

• In-depth knowledge of Playsight video system and editing softwares.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Ability to lift, move, push and pull equipment or boxes in excess of 40lbs.
• Ability to hold, carry and set up video and taping equipment
• Ability to handle outdoor temperatures for a reasonable period of time.
• Ability to move around campus which includes gym, turf, fields, etc.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends and holidays is required
