Position Summary
The People Operations Onboarding Assistant, Seasonal will support the onboarding team during a high-volume hiring period of February-June. This position works from our Bradenton, FL campus and plays a vital role in ensuring new team members are smoothly and efficiently onboarded while feeling welcomed and prepared to begin employment.
Position Responsibilities
- Assist in execution of the pre-employment and onboarding process for candidates, which includes employment verification, social media check, drug test, reference checks, etc.

Monitor appropriate background sites for results and updates.

Maintain consistent and timely communication with candidates and managers, following up promptly when additional information is needed.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate candidate tracking information.
- Coordinate with key stakeholders and other departments to ensure readiness for start dates.
- Assist with preparation, execution and follow-up related to orientation.
- Ensure all required documentation is complete and compliant with company and legal standards.
