Positions Summary
The Enterprise Systems Support Team strives to have a deep understanding of the IMG Academy platform and how our employees use it. We understand that technology is essential for business users to function and if our systems are not working well or they need ways to improve their day-to-day efficiency, we are their first stop in the process. While we work closely with our IT team which covers computers, collaboration, and general infrastructure, the Enterprise Systems Support team covers all of the other systems and applications that our people use: from our CRM to athlete and student management platforms. As an Enterprise Systems Support Specialist I, you will primarily be the first contact for tickets with a focus on learning the systems that are critical for our team to function. You will also be handling most of the daily tasks to keep the rest of the team running smooth and will report to the manager or the Enterprise Systems Support Team.
 
Position Responsibilities

  • Gained access to all typical systems, showing proficiency in each with routine tasks.
  • Be the first contact for end user tickets submitted.
  • Organize, track, and complete the variety of support requests generated by both employees and internal discovery.
  • Report opportunities for platform improvement to the correct engineering teams.
  • Completes audits and routine tasks on a timely basis.
  • Escalates all tickets with situational context, containing all information available.
  • Documents fixes and notes in the ticketing platform and contributes to documentation development.
  • Identifies opportunities where a Retool app can help business users.
  • Complete specific project tasks provided by the Engineering team or Manager.
  • Fulfill privacy requests submitted by end users and handle more complex privacy issues.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Develop a strong understanding of the IMG Academy platform: applications, systems, technologies, workflows, interfaces that our employees use every day.
  • Have the ability to create new hire account creations in conjunction with other teammates, specifically with the CRM, Blackbaud, Teamworks, Retool, and other internal software platforms.
  • Provide support and administration for third-party solutions that integrate with and complement our current enterprise systems. Example systems include Slack, Okta, Jira, Confluence, Tableau, Microsoft services, and Zoom.
  • Able to use Retool apps that are in UAT.
