Coach Data Operations Coordinator (Part-Time) 

Position Overview 

The Coach Data Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in maintaining the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of our coach database – a foundational component of our marketplace experience. 

This position supports large-scale data updates and quality assurance initiatives that directly impact how athletes and coaches connect.  The role is ideal for someone who thrives in detail-oriented work, takes pride in accuracy, and understands the importance of operational excellence behind the scenes. 

While much of the work involves structured, high-volume data tasks, the impact is meaningful: ensuring our data reflects real-world changes across schools and coaching staffs nationwide. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

·                     Perform manual data entry and maintain database accuracy 

·                     Input and manage roster openings 

·                     Audit coaching staffs across multiple schools to ensure accuracy 

·                     Add and remove coaching staff members daily 

·                     Execute bulk updates involving numerous schools and large coaching staffs 

·                     Review and edit records to ensure consistency and completeness 

·                     Complete high-volume, data-oriented projects and tasks, as assigned 

 

Required Qualifications 

·                     Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy 

·                     Ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency and focus 

·                     Excellent organizational and time-management skills 

·                     Comfortable working independently in a remote environment 

·                     Basic proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) and web-based systems 

·                     Strong written communication skills
