Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team and drive the adoption of our B2B products within high schools, colleges, and other educational institutions. The primary product focus will be selling Elevate by IMG Academy, a new product developed by IMG Academy to provide elements of its world-class sports and wellbeing intellectual property to schools around the globe.

This role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and guiding prospects through the early stages of the customer journey. You will be responsible for sourcing leads, conducting outreach, delivering product presentations, managing the sales pipeline, and handing off closed-won accounts to the onboarding team. The ideal candidate has prior experience selling into the education sector and is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Identify, research, and source new leads within the high school and higher education markets.
  • Make outbound sales calls, send outreach emails, and conduct virtual or onsite product demos.
  • Comfortable with testing and adoption AI tools and resources to increase engagement
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through CRM management and effective follow-up.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers such as administrators, department heads, and education leaders.
  • Understand customer needs and effectively communicate product value to drive engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff to onboarding and customer success.
  • Track and report on key sales metrics, progress, and performance.
  • Represent the company with professionalism and knowledge of the education landscape.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably selling programming into K–12 or higher education.
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting, pipeline building, and closing deals.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to understand and articulate product value tailored to educators and institutional stakeholders.
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely or onsite.
