Job Title: Regional Manager

The Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and performance of All-Star Sports Academy Training Center locations within a designated region. This individual will be the primary point of contact for Training Center General Managers and will ensure that all locations are aligned with company goals and standards, with a strong focus on hospitality, safety, cleanliness, customer satisfaction, and team performance. This is a full-time exempt role that reports to the President.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership and direction to Training Center General Managers to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Responsible for the development and management of respective Training Center budgets.
• Responsible for the budget attainment of the respective Training Centers in addition to control of costs.
• Conduct regular Training Center site visits to monitor operations, ensure staff development, policy, performance and standard operating procedure adherence.
• Ensure excellence in performance and excellence in communication by all staff at each respective Training Center.
• Ensure that all locations comply with relevant health and safety regulations, including OSHA and other industry-specific standards. • Support the training and development of all staff within the respective Training Centers.
• Ensure all Training Centers operate with a customer centric mindset, ensuring all complaints are handled professionally and within policy.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to continuously improve the overall experience and operations within the Training Centers.
• Work directly with Shared Service to facilitate operational needs.
• Report on Training Center numbers weekly to the President.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the youth sports industry and market trends to identify new opportunities for growth and stay ahead of the competition.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of talent to manage team transitions for respective Training Centers.
• Expertise in All-Star Sports Academy product and service knowledge.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of multi-site management experience, overseeing multiple facilities and teams.
• Proven experience managing and overseeing $10+ million in annual revenue budgets.
• Baseball/softball background highly preferred; broader sports industry background preferred.
• Multiple years of experience in a high-performing sales role.
• Proficiency in systems such as Microsoft platforms, scheduling softwares & a CRM.
• Proven experience in recruiting, hiring, and developing high-performing teams across multiple locations.

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand and move throughout indoor and outdoor training centers for extended periods of time 
• Ability to throw batting practice, demonstrate drills, and actively participate in baseball and softball instruction as needed 
• Ability to lift training equipment and supplies consistent with coaching and event setup needs 
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and in outdoor summer environments as needed
