AI Product Manager

Zoomph - Manager
United States · Remote
Project Management · Production · Product Design
$150,000 - $170,000 / year
We are seeking a dedicated Product Manager to own Zoomph’s AI/computer vision product line which powers logo detection, brand exposure tracking, placement quality assessment, audience enrichment, and benchmarking across social media, broadcast footage, and streaming content for the sports, esports, and entertainment industries.

As Product Manager, you will own the product roadmap, delivery, and quality of our AI/CV-enabled product suite — partnering with engineering, AI/ML, product, sales, marketing, account management, and customer success to drive revenue growth, customer retention, and competitive differentiation. This role combines product management, technical program management, and an operator’s instinct for process and accountability.
The ideal candidate has experience managing AI/ML-driven products, is comfortable working across engineering and customer-facing teams, and brings the discipline to hold a complex, high-velocity product to clear standards of quality and delivery.

Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Roadmap
  • Own the product roadmap end-to-end: define priorities, sequence work, communicate the plan, and hold the organization to delivery timelines.
  • Engage directly with customers and prospects to validate roadmap priorities, test product-market fit, and identify unmet needs.
  • Translate Zoomph’s business objectives and retention-led growth strategy into specific product initiatives with clear linkage to customer outcomes and revenue impact.
  • Evaluate and prioritize initiatives across the product lifecycle, from concept through launch and post-launch performance monitoring.
  • Partner with engineering and ML teams to evaluate model architectures, assess tradeoffs between accuracy, speed, and coverage, and define product requirements for AI improvements.
  • Lead product innovation by staying ahead of market trends, competitive dynamics, and advances in AI/computer vision relevant to sports, esports, and entertainment analytics.
Product Operations, Quality & Governance
  • Detection accuracy, data completeness. Define and track KPIs for adoption, data quality, processing volume, feature usage, and own post-release data quality, retention impact, and revenue attribution.
  • Use data and analytics to measure the impact of product initiatives and make data-driven prioritization decisions.
  • Analyze customer feedback, platform usage data, and product performance metrics to continuously improve Zoomph’s AI/Computer Vision offerings.
  • Monitor and ensure product quality of AI-powered features, working with vendor and engineering teams to track accuracy, completeness, and reliability against defined benchmarks.
  • Create processes to establish quality thresholds and feedback loops for AI feature improvements in partnership with engineering.
  • Define quality review processes and escalation workflows for AI-powered feature performance.
  • Proactively identify and address seasonal data quality risks tied to league cycles and demand spikes.
  • Establish standards for responsible AI use, including transparency with customers about AI-powered features and data handling practices.
  • Partner with legal and engineering to ensure data collection and processing comply with global privacy regulations and evolving AI-specific legislation.
Product Marketing
  • Translate ML/AI capabilities into customer-facing value and competitive positioning, working with sales and marketing to articulate Zoomph’s AI-driven differentiation.
  • Support sales with product knowledge, prospect-facing demonstrations, competitive battle cards, and positioning.
  • Develop collateral and messaging to support the Account Management team for AI/ML updates. Support account management and customer success with data quality reporting, capability documentation, and renewal-relevant product updates.
  •  Develop internal collateral for training and education.
  • Meet with key clients to evangelize AI innovation amongst Zoomph’s current client roster.
  • Conduct competitive research on relevant competitors and monitor advances in general-purpose AI/computer vision that may impact Zoomph’s positioning.
  • Develop marketing case studies and industry solutions use-case collateral.
  • Present at industry events.
  • Develop developer-led inbound marketing processes with API sandboxes and free trials.
Partnerships & Integrations
  • Shape how Zoomph’s AI integrates with external partner ecosystems, API delivery models, MCP servers, and emerging platform opportunities
  • Work with business development to identify potential partnership opportunities and define roadmap initiatives for fostering revenue opportunities through such partnerships.
  • Develop external training material and guides for partners and integrators. Develop integration sandboxes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Serve as the primary point of coordination across engineering, product, sales, marketing, account management, and customer success.
  • Coordinate feature releases end-to-end: ensure pricing alignment, documentation updates, marketing communication, and customer-facing team readiness before launch.
  •  Develop Internal training material.
  •  Support procurement due-diligence around AI and Computer Vision, sales RFPs and RFIs.
Product Delivery and Lifecycle Management
  • Drive delivery of AI/computer vision features by developing user stories, requirements, and specifications in partnership with engineering and UX.
  • Manage the agile sprint process, partnering with engineering and QA to ensure on-time, high-quality releases.
  • Develop and maintain internal and external product documentation, release notes, and enablement materials.

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Design, Product Management, or related discipline).
  • 5+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS technology company, with at least 2 years owning a product with AI/ML at its core.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder technical programs — not just feature backlogs, but system migrations, data quality initiatives, or platform transitions.
  • Experience working directly with ML/AI engineering teams, with the ability to understand model architectures, evaluate tradeoffs, and translate technical constraints into product decisions.
  • Experience with computer vision products (logo detection, object recognition) or similar AI-powered analytics platforms.
  • Track record of managing the agile sprint process and partnering with engineering teams on delivery.
Skills and Attributes
  • Operator mentality: you run toward problems, hold people to commitments, and build process where none exists
  • Strong project management and program management skills — this role requires execution discipline as much as product vision.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication: able to explain technical decisions to account managers, frame metrics for executives, and write clear documentation for customers.
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to translate client feedback and usage data into product priorities.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, scaling SaaS environment where processes are still being built.
  • Analytical rigor: you make decisions with data, track outcomes, and build KPI frameworks.
Nice-to-Have
  • Experience managing or coordinating human-in-the-loop data quality processes, content moderation, or managed services operations.
  • Industry knowledge of sports, esports, entertainment, brand, or sponsorship analytics.
  • Experience with outsourced QA or content moderation vendors.
  • Product Management certifications (CSPO, CPM, Pragmatic Institute, or General Assembly).
  • Familiarity with AI ethics frameworks, bias testing, and data privacy compliance.
