About the Role:
- Individual contributor; performance-based role
- You will own and manage a portfolio of sports, agency, and brand clients, helping them gain insight and value from our tools and data.
- You’ll onboard and set up new client accounts.
- You’ll renew current client contracts while collaborating with other departments to expand their licenses.
- You’ll manage and deliver data analytics reports and projects.
- You’ll collaborate with the product team to troubleshoot technical issues and design new platform features.
- You’ll hold Zoom meetings, write, and send emails, personalized notes, and Tweets.

You’re a great fit...
- You have a bachelor's degree and/or plus 3+ years of equivalent experience in any of – customer success, account management, sports/brand partnerships, social media analytics, sponsorship measurement, etc.
- You have experience with analytics and reporting tools and are comfortable with learning new software and a little bit of technical jargon.
- You have experience using Zoomph or similar tools to report and measure sponsorships, social media, or broadcasts.

- You’re passionate about everything in the world of sports business, sponsorship valuation, social media analytics, and beyond.
- You demonstrate dependability and reliability with clear thinking and attention to detail.

- You have experience with HubSpot, Clickup, FullStory and Slack.
Reporting:
This position reports to the Account Director.
