Key Responsibilities

• Engage regularly with internal stakeholders and external partners to understand goals and translate input into clear product requirements
• Conduct competitive analysis to stay current on emerging AI, conversational marketing and automation trends.
• Drive agile processes including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and ongoing iteration in close collaboration with engineering
• Collaborate with engineering to bring product initiatives to life and navigate the technical details of implementation
• Use data, experimentation, and competitive research to identify what's working, surface opportunities, and make a case for prioritization
• Navigate technical discussions and collaborate on implementation details, tradeoffs and architecture decisions.
• Define success metrics and continuously optimize product experiences based on adoption, engagement, and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product management, working collaboratively with engineering teams
• Experience driving product strategy, vision, and roadmap alignment
• Strong written communication, including writing specs engineers can build from without follow-up
• Deep understanding of product development processes, agile methodologies, and user-centered design principles
• Fluency with AI tools and AI-powered products
• Comfortable in engineering conversations

Preferred Skills

• Experience in startups or high-growth environments where speed and adaptability are critical
• Experience setting up product processes from the ground up: backlog hygiene, release planning, road mapping
• Background in sports, entertainment, ticketing, or marketing automation
• Experience working with data-driven products, experimentation frameworks or recommendation/personalization systems
