Position Overview

As the Coordinator of Client Success, you will be tasked with contributing to the day-to-day growth and success of WolfCycle clients through fielding any inbound tasks, building internal and customer-facing data reports, writing copy for upcoming partner campaigns, attending bi-weekly status meetings. Key areas of focus include enhancing internal efficiency, contributing to client retention, fostering a culture of customer advocation and championing revenue maximization with current WolfCycle Clients

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and nurturing key client relationships, executing on detail-oriented tasks and maximizing the overall success of strategic campaigns. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Internal Efficiency: answer inbound tasks, pull and clean data from client campaigns, monitor the wellness of virtual assistants.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, and technical teams to align customer success strategies with broader business objectives.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies within the conversation marketing landscape. 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in sales or customer success, preferably in the sports & entertainment industry. This role is ideal for a recent graduate of an inside sales or service program.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a book of business and making phone and email outbound outreach.
  • Strong understanding of conversation marketing, AI technologies, and digital engagement strategies. 
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
