The Role
We are seeking a Director of Golf & Racquet Sports Partnerships to lead VOW’s growth across golf, tennis, padel, and emerging racquet sports.
This leader will build relationships with tours, tournaments, clubs, and hospitality operators while driving strategic technology partnerships across the sector.
Responsibilities
- Develop partnerships across golf and racquet sports organizations including:
- Professional tours
- Major tournaments
- Private clubs
- Hospitality operators
- Sponsorship partners
- Drive enterprise SaaS partnerships for guest management and premium hospitality technology
- Translate operational challenges from tournaments and clubs into scalable product opportunities
- Represent VOW across golf and racquet sports business communities
Qualifications
- 8–15 years of experience in golf, tennis, or racquet sports operations, partnerships, or technology
- Deep understanding of premium hospitality and sponsorship ecosystems
- Relationships across tournaments, tours, or club leadership
- Commercial mindset with ability to build long-term partnerships
