Scaling the EMEA Sales Organization: Lead the development and scaling of the EMEA sales organization in headcount and capabilities, building and leading the team as a second-line manager.
Sales Process & Performance Management: Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring robust health and highest quality in opportunity qualification and deal playing. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adapting strategies as necessary to meet and exceed objectives

Extensive Track Record: 8+ years of progressive B2B/Enterprise Sales leadership experience.
Proven Sales Leadership: At least 3 years served as a sales leader, with a demonstrated ability to exceed quotas and drive teams to exceptional performance.
EMEA Expertise: Minimum of 3 years successfully leading a multi-country EMEA sales organisation within a high-growth environment.
Individual Excellence: 4–5 years of proven success as an individual contributor in a customer-facing role.
The Vertical Specialist: Deep expertise in Vertical SaaS; you understand that the winner in this space provides the "Operating System" that sits at the heart of the customer’s business.
Ticketing Industry Knowledge: Strong, specialised knowledge of the ticketing landscape and the ability to sell into this diverse, passionate ecosystem.
