As the VP Sales EMEA, your responsibilities will be...
    • EMEA Sales Leadership: Define and achieve the regional revenue growth goals for EMEA in partnership with the ELT. Drive new sales, expansion, and pipeline health across the EMEA market.

    • Scaling the EMEA Sales Organization: Lead the development and scaling of the EMEA sales organization in headcount and capabilities, building and leading the team as a second-line manager.

    • Sales Process & Performance Management: Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring robust health and highest quality in opportunity qualification and deal playing. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adapting strategies as necessary to meet and exceed objectives

    • Strategic Deal Involvement: Actively coach sales leadership and Account Executives on deal play for key Enterprise opportunities within EMEA. Help navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, including alignment with owners, investors, and boards.

    • Market Presence & Culture: Cultivate high-level relationships with key industry stakeholders, enhancing vivenu's market presence and penetration in our core regions. Establish a healthy culture of excellence, high energy, and continuous improvement.

    • Experience & Leadership
      • Extensive Track Record: 8+ years of progressive B2B/Enterprise Sales leadership experience.

      • Proven Sales Leadership: At least 3 years served as a sales leader, with a demonstrated ability to exceed quotas and drive teams to exceptional performance.

      • EMEA Expertise: Minimum of 3 years successfully leading a multi-country EMEA sales organisation within a high-growth environment.

      • Individual Excellence: 4–5 years of proven success as an individual contributor in a customer-facing role.

    • Industry & Domain Expertise
      • The Vertical Specialist: Deep expertise in Vertical SaaS; you understand that the winner in this space provides the "Operating System" that sits at the heart of the customer’s business.

      • Ticketing Industry Knowledge: Strong, specialised knowledge of the ticketing landscape and the ability to sell into this diverse, passionate ecosystem.

      • Elite Background: (Preferably) brings experience from a Tier 1 consulting firm, Big Tech, or a high-growth startup/scale-up.

    • Scaling & Cultural Competency
      • EMEA Sales Scaler: Proven success in building, coaching, and managing high-performing teams across diverse European markets, navigating the cultural nuances required to win continent-wide.

      • Multilingual Skills: Fluent in English plus at least one or more additional language.

      • Ecosystem Thinker: Recognises ticketing as the most critical digital business decision for customers and understands how to navigate its unique industry dynamics.

      • Analytical & Agile: You possess an analytical mindset, move with a sense of urgency, and embrace an iterative "fail fast, learn faster" mentality.
