As our (Senior) Content Marketing Manager, you will be at the center of how we tell this story — orchestrating content programs across continents while also rolling up your sleeves to create the key narratives yourself.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and lead global content strategies that span continents, aligning with business priorities, feature launches, and brand campaigns.
- Orchestrate multi-piece content series (blogs, case studies, landing pages, newsletters, video scripts, social campaigns) that bring coherence across touchpoints and formats.
- Drive cross-functional alignment with product marketing, sales, and leadership to ensure content is tightly aligned internally.
- Craft or directly shape the key content pieces yourself — from feature launch narratives and trend reports to customer success stories and executive thought leadership.
- Provide copy recommendations, editorial direction, and hands-on writing for high-value deliverables when quality and precision are paramount.
- Ensure consistency of tone, message, and brand positioning across global markets and languages.
- Oversee and optimize distribution of content across owned and earned channels, maximizing reach and impact.
- Leverage analytics to measure content performance, drawing insights to refine strategy and execution.
- Balance the best of both worlds: scale content production through orchestration and tooling, while ensuring core messaging stays authentic, human, and uniquely vivenu.
What you will need to succeed in this role:
- Proven experience in content marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS, enterprise technology and/or live entertainment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-market content programs — from strategy to execution.
- Strong writing skills, with the ability to simplify complex technology into engaging narratives for different personas (decision makers, end users, vertical experts).
- Editorial mindset with experience crafting thought leadership, industry reports, and product launch communications.
- A balance of strategic orchestration and hands-on creation: equally comfortable briefing and managing contributors as you are writing a feature announcement yourself.
- Familiarity with SEO, geo-targeted content, and content analytics tools.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels, from leadership to sales.
- Comfort with modern content production tools (including AI-assisted platforms like ChatGPT) to increase scale and efficiency, without sacrificing quality.
- Curiosity for the live entertainment industry and passion for translating complex technology into stories that inspire.
