Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition and working in close partnership with the VP People, this newly created role is the strategic engine behind our most vital hires. You will map the of talent across EMEA and North America to secure the leadership driving our global expansion.

Business-Critical Mapping: Own the top-of-funnel for high-impact roles, identifying "hidden potentials" and analyzing competitor landscapes in EMEA and North America.

Executive Search Research: Use Boolean strings and AI-driven tools to discover elite talent that traditional search methods overlook.

Strategic Calibrator: Act as the right hand to the VP People and TA Director, providing the market intelligence and cultural insights needed to calibrate executive searches.

Hyper-Personalized Engagement: Craft bespoke, first-touch messages that cut through the noise for high-level executives.

International "Sell": Tailor our vision to different cultures, whether you’re pitching a VP in London or a Director in Munich.

Creative Content: Develop a unique "voice" for our employer brand and use A/B testing to maximize conversion rates.

High-Fidelity Discovery: Conduct 15- to 20-minute discovery calls in both German and English, serving as the guardian of our high-performance bar.

The "Cultural Add": Evaluate candidates for what they uniquely contribute to our growth, not just for a basic "fit."

Automated Pipelining: Maintain a pristine CRM with automated workflows, ensuring our international talent pools are searchable and nurtured.

The "Hunter" Mentality: Substantial experience in Sourcing or Recruitment (Executive Search or In-house), with a proven track record of identifying "untouchable" talent.

Linguistic Mastery: Native or business-fluent German and English are mandatory. You must have the confidence to negotiate with German stakeholders and interview international executives.

Sourcing Professional: Expert-level proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and creative sourcing across global platforms (GitHub, X, and industry-specific networks).

AI-Native & Automation-Focused: You are highly comfortable using AI tools to scale research and personalizing outreach. You have a natural aptitude for navigating APIs and building efficient lead-generation workflows.

Executive Presence: You possess the gravitas to be the first point of contact for high-level leaders, engaging them with a sophisticated and professional "voice."
