Position: Technical Director, VirtCh
Location: La Crosse, Wisconsin
Position Description and Expectations:
As a Senior Technical Director or Replay Operator for a sporting event, you are responsible for overseeing the technical aspects and replay packages of the event, including production, broadcast, and technology. You will work closely with client show callers and camera to ensure all technical aspects of the show are executed flawlessly.
Immediate responsibilities include:
- VSP LIVE, SENIOR TECHNICAL DIRECTOR
- Responsible for the execution of industry standard tasks and duties of a technical director for VirtCh clients.
- Ensure accuracy of game day graphics
- Follow show instructions from VirtCh Clients
- Work 5-7 hour shifts, including some nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Video conferencing as needed with our professional sports team clients during game day production meetings
- Switching cameras and executing pre-loaded graphics during a live sporting event according to client script
- Operate PTZ cameras as needed
- Communicate live with local game day personnel to ensure all elements are executed. Client may have wireless camera operator that you will communicate with.
- Other duties as assigned by studio management

- Post-game highlight melt
- In-game packages
- Replays of all plays ready
- Other duties as assigned by Technical Director and/or studio management
