The Softball Team Lead is responsible for all aspects of TruMedia’s college softball clients’ life cycle, from attracting new users and customers to ensuring existing users are maximizing the value of the product in their roles.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Engage with existing college softball team users, sharing best practices and useful information on how they can use TruMedia products to improve at their specific role
  • On-board new users and clients, setting them up for success with TruMedia products
  • Build and maintain strong relationships in the college softball team industry across a wide range of departments and roles
  • Generate new leads and micro-markets for TruMedia college softball products
  • Close new college softball team sales and collaborate with our engineering team on enhancements for existing clients
  • Be the point person for support inquiries from existing college softball team clients
  • During slower periods help out other business units in their busy seasons

  • 1+ years experience using the TruMedia softball or baseball product
  • 2+ years experience working for a college softball team
  • General understanding of the college softball data and analytics landscape
  • General knowledge of various roles and responsibilities across college softball teams
  • Strong relationships inside the college softball industry

Salary Range: 
  • $60,000 - $65,000
