The Supervisor, Fulfillment Services is responsible for leading and scaling initiatives for our global fulfillment center that create positive customer experiences, operating efficiencies, and reductions in total costs. Leads a team of direct reports who are accountable for transactional order management and ticket resale processing at scale and growing 10x over the next 18 months.

The successful candidate will be a player/coach who leads the order fulfillment strategy to include innovation/improvements for processes, technology, policies, and procedures to support the ease of doing business for the customer. The successful candidate will have a track record of operational excellence, continuous improvement, and will be passionate about building strong teams.


  • Lead and scale our transactional & fulfillment strategy, to include innovation/improvements for processes, technology, policies, and procedures to support the ease of doing business for the customer
  • Create process excellence by actively managing and improving metrics and goals for the team with accuracy, scalability, customer service, and timeliness
  • Propose and implement best in industry metrics, process and systems that improve customer outcomes and encourage effective, data-driven decision making
  • Develop, document, and implement team process and procedures
  • Partner with cross functional peers to deliver quality, exceed customer expectations, and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Plan, hire and define direction of the Fulfillment Operations team for a highly successful, technically sophisticated company with significant growth potential
