THE ROLE
YinzCam is looking for an Executive Creative/Design Assistant to work alongside the CEO daily on a number of product-design and product-marketing initiatives to support the CEO's strategic initiatives and vision.
The Executive Creative/Design Assistant is a new strategic role within our organization, reporting directly to the CEO, and with a number of unique design responsibilities, including:
- Working alongside the CEO on a daily basis to support the CEO's product, sales, and marketing vision.
- Creating still and motion graphics to support storytelling for products and for the company.
- Creating user-journey maps, storyboards, mind maps, and wireframes, to serve product working groups.
- Creating custom swag and other corporate merchandise to support a number of company initiatives.
- Creating pitch decks, infographics, product presentations, brochures, etc. for the CEO.
THE REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to work at the CEO's pace and the CEO's hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet quick turn-around deadlines (this is a must-have).
- 3+ years of industry experience with Figma.
- 3+ years of industry experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
- 3+ years of industry experience with After Effects and motion graphics.
- 3+ years of industry experience with Notion, JIRA, and other project-management tools.
- Strong typography, and verbal/written communication skills.
- Ability to self-learn quickly, to pick up digital tools and platforms independently, being ready on day one.
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Design or Product Design
- Experience working in the sports industry (highly preferred)
